You'll partner with senior leaders across Corporate Functions, Marketing, and Strategy to hire mid-to-senior roles for a high-growth tech company. You'll drive strategic talent initiatives and mentor other TA partners, shaping the team's success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
• Lead cross-functional TA projects to improve efficiency
• Mentor and develop other Talent Acquisition Partners

📋 Requirements

• in-house experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in tech or SaaS
• experience hiring for Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, CX)
• proficiency in direct sourcing and innovative recruitment methods
• track record of using data and metrics to optimize sourcing strategies

• Experience implementing ATS modules or assessment frameworks
• Experience driving diversity hiring initiatives
