💼 About This Role

You'll assist with reporting, analysis, and merchandising programs for e.l.f. & Naturium within specialty retail accounts. You'll support retail sales and consumer/category reporting, tracking new item launches and planogram performance. This role offers exposure to retail sales strategy and partnerships in a fast-paced beauty environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports with insights and commentary.
• Support retail sales and consumer/category reporting.
• Lead ROI analysis on new programs and distribution opportunities.
• Manage in-store merchandising programs from concept through completion.

📋 Requirements

• Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship.
• Available for full internship period: June 1st - August 21st.
• Available for in-office work at least three days per week.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business or related field.

• Demonstrated interest in CPG, beauty preferred.
• Strong analytical and computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
