You will support the Message Registration Support team in registering customer A2P campaigns across messaging channels. This entry-level role involves data collection, campaign analysis, and report generation to ensure compliance with policies. You'll serve as the initial contact for customer compliance inquiries and assist in process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in compliance, analytics, customer service, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of compliance standards in messaging
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau)
  • Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with timely processing of customer A2P text messaging campaign registrations
  • Serve as initial contact for customer questions and basic compliance inquiries
  • Support internal stakeholders in resolving routine problems and escalations
  • Maintain internal processes and documentation
