You will lead the turbomachinery engineering team in designing, analyzing, and developing all turbomachinery products for the Terran R rocket. You will set roadmaps, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and drive technical excellence while fostering team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• 8+ years engineering experience in complex system development
• Experience leading a high-performing engineering team
• Experience with turbomachinery development
• Strong fluid, thermal, structural, and mechanical design fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and development of turbomachinery products
• Manage a large team across technical disciplines
