You'll build the Global Offer Builder, Alan's central system for insurance offer configuration and pricing. Your work directly enables sales teams to craft competitive offers faster and scales multi-country growth. You'll own complex problems in a mission-driven environment with real-time pricing challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve offer configuration and pricing tooling.
• Migrate countries onto the global Offer Builder stack.
• Develop the Sales Cockpit for faster, better offer creation.
• Reduce technical debt and improve system reliability.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building scalable backend systems.
• Experience with high-traffic applications used by real users.
• Progression in increasing responsibility and impact.
