💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role offers a chance to work in a fan-centric environment with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor when manager is away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
