As an HR Business Partner at CR Laurence, part of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, you will align business objectives with people strategies to drive employee engagement, support growth, and strengthen culture. You'll partner with leaders and employees in a fast-paced environment to build an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years progressive HR experience, distribution/manufacturing preferred
• Deep understanding of California employment law
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments
• Partner with managers to cultivate working relationships, boost morale, and improve retention
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding
• Shape and execute employee engagement strategy
• Lead performance and development programs, succession planning, and manage employee relations
