💼 About This Role

You'll join Ruby Labs to advance our AI infrastructure, focusing on model performance and cost efficiency. You'll own prompt systems and LLM workflows, driving key AI features from experimentation to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design complex dynamic prompt templates with conditional logic.
• Implement structured output schemas for seamless integration.
• Build evaluation pipelines using Langfuse for real-time scoring.
• Optimize LLM chains for cost, latency, and context usage.

📋 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Node.js and Next.js.
• Proven experience in dynamic prompting with variable-dependent content.
• Experience with OpenRouter for unified APIs and model selection.
• Understanding of LLM observability with Langfuse or similar tools.

• Practical experience in fine-tuning models for domain tasks.
• Understanding of RAG architecture including indexing and retrieval.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data science scripts.
