💼 About This Role

You'll manage all Workday processing and employee lifecycle support for Japan and Korea markets. You'll partner with local business leaders and global HR teams to resolve employee relations cases and ensure compliance with local labor laws. This role offers exposure to compensation and benefits and the opportunity to improve HR processes at a global media or technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Workday processing for all Japan and Korea employees
• Provide hands-on labor law advice and support locally
• Handle local documents and government paperwork
• Deliver training to support manager development

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Japanese and Korean labor regulations
• Experience with employee relations cases from intake to investigation
• Fluency in Japanese and English (business level)
