🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coordinate NPI planning, roadmapping, and execution with Sales Biz Ops.
  • Develop business cases, implementation plans, and budgets.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives across teams.
  • Build metrics and scalable processes for GTM initiatives.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or product operations.
  • Prior experience in management consulting with operational transformation focus.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce/CPQ and order-to-cash systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, revenue-driving projects.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in high growth B2B SaaS/IaaS environments.
  • MBA preferred, engineering degree a plus.
