You'll design and integrate mechanical systems for production autonomous vehicles, taking full ownership from concept to integration. You'll rapidly prototype and validate designs in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. This role allows you to shape foundational hardware and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and integrate custom mechanical systems for sensors and computing
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate designs for manufacturability
• Lead assembly, validation, and troubleshooting of retrofitted vehicles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience
• Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks) and DFM/DFA knowledge
• Experience with prototyping, fabrication, and mechanical testing
• Understanding of structural, thermal, and packaging for vehicle systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in autonomous vehicle or automotive industry
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques (CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal)
