💼 About This Role

You'll perform full-range automotive repairs and diagnostics at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll handle everything from light maintenance to heavy engine work on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and a $4,000-$8,000 bonus depending on experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems
• Diagnose and repair hybrid and electric vehicles

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed
