You'll manage parts inventory and assist customers at our Golden, CO rental facility. You'll handle ordering, invoicing, and coordinating with service departments to keep equipment running smoothly. This role offers overtime pay and on-call compensation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing
• Handle all parts orders daily, including shipping and receiving
• Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment
• Coordinate parts from manufacturers and communicate with vendors
• Confirm invoice accuracy and coordinate with service departments

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record for local parts pickup and delivery
• Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs

• Previous experience in construction or heavy equipment industry
• Experience with budgeting
• Forklift/telehandler operation skills
