🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily AR operations including transaction processing and payment posting.
• Oversee customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
• Handle collections activities by monitoring aging reports and payment trends.
• Prepare journal entries, support audits, and generate AR performance reports.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
