Description

In this role, you will lead complex client-facing projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines while delivering measurable value to enterprise customers. You'll serve as the main client contact, coordinate internal and external teams, and manage project financials.

Requirements

• University/Bachelor's degree with PMP Certification
• 5+ years of project management experience managing Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations in Telecom
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and serving as primary client contact
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning to closure using Agile and Waterfall
• Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and enforce accountability across stakeholders
• Track action items, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project financials
• Lead post-project evaluations and foster a culture of collaboration
