You'll lead cross-functional teams in integrating, testing, and deploying advanced subsea robotics systems for defense applications. You'll drive technical outcomes and manage program execution for the Anduril Maritime Fleet. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomy and AI in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with multidisciplinary engineers through AUV integration, test, verification, and demonstration
• Drive technical outcomes using metrics and incident response
• Develop project scope, manage risks, and maintain schedules
• Interface with international customers as technical representative

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related field
• 7+ years of robotics experience in technical project management or systems engineering
• System test, integration, and troubleshooting experience
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
