💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and optimization of large language models and retrieval-augmented systems for a clinical research intelligence platform, directly accelerating clinical trials. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex biomedical data into scalable AI solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize, fine-tune, and evaluate large language models and RAG architectures
• Build and improve ML pipelines using Databricks, MLflow, and Delta Lake
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams on model-driven solutions
• Define and track model performance metrics like precision, recall, and bias

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and fine-tuning ML or LLM models
• Python proficiency and experience with PyTorch
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and embedding-based systems

• PhD in relevant quantitative field
• Experience in regulated data environments (e.g., clinical, healthcare)
