You'll lead a work crew of 5-10 individuals in public beautification projects, creating a supportive environment for people with recent criminal convictions to build skills and secure employment. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working outdoors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a work crew in litter abatement and landscaping projects
• Assign job duties and set reasonable completion goals
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback or training
• Maintain safety and report any issues to supervisor

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Stand, kneel, bend, and climb to complete projects
• Drive a 12-passenger van with attached trailer
