You will be the face of the community, creating exceptional first impressions by conducting personalized apartment tours, driving leasing success through follow-up and relationship-building, and fostering resident relationships by coordinating events and addressing concerns.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized apartment tours and respond to inquiries promptly
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and community outreach
