You will support the Vice President of People at ChargePoint by managing complex calendars, coordinating global travel, overseeing event logistics, and handling confidential information. Your role will ensure smooth operations across the executive team and facilitate communication within the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years supporting C-Suite or high-level executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with NetSuite and Navan preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Startup or rapid-scale environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Plan and execute meetings, team-building events, and hospitality
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal departments
  • Process expense reports, billing, and purchase orders
