💼 About This Role

You'll join Datavant's Provider Operations team to process medical record requests and manage patient health information for healthcare clients. You'll ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in a high-volume production environment. This role offers a chance to impact healthcare data integrity while working onsite in Atlanta.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information
• Prepare new patient charts and ensure compliance with HIPAA
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year Health Information related experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to travel local/regionally 75% or more

• Ability to build relationships with on-site clients
