🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage trademark portfolio and coordinate with outside counsel
• Perform clearance searches and analyze watch notices
• Review advertising materials for trademark usage and claim accuracy
• Conduct online investigations for possible infringements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent
• 10+ years of law firm or in-house paralegal experience
• Proficiency in trademark clearance searches and watch notices
• Advanced proficiency in IP portfolio management software and MS Office

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house experience managing a global portfolio
• Knowledge of patents, copyrights, trade dress, and domain names
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics/skincare industry
