You'll maintain IT systems and support staff at a fast-growing fintech startup, ensuring smooth operations across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You'll own the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process and help improve IT processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain computer and network setups
• Administrate and support software and hardware (Apple, Okta, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
• Own the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
• Strong understanding of networking and computer systems
• Experience with macOS and Apple ecosystem
• Experience with IAM and MDM tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management
• Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier, n8n
