Description
In this role, you will drive net new business for Remote as a pure hunter, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll identify and convert high-volume opportunities, build client trust, and work cross-functionally to support the global employment platform.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- In-depth understanding of the HR industry and sales processes
- Proven ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve quotas
- Strong cold calling and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
Responsibilities
- Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
- Maintain a clean pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities
- Present and deliver information to potential clients efficiently
- Proactively answer client questions and follow-up calls promptly
- Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
