Description

In this role, you will drive net new business for Remote as a pure hunter, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll identify and convert high-volume opportunities, build client trust, and work cross-functionally to support the global employment platform.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • In-depth understanding of the HR industry and sales processes
  • Proven ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve quotas
  • Strong cold calling and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients efficiently
  • Proactively answer client questions and follow-up calls promptly
  • Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
