💼 About This Role
You'll build and scale the Account Management and Customer Success function for Proton's B2B products. You will drive expansion revenue, improve retention, and lead a small team. This is a high-impact role shaping the foundation of our customer growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive upsell and cross-sell targets across existing customers
- Build and manage a predictable expansion pipeline
- Own onboarding, adoption, and retention strategy
- Define account segmentation and prioritisation
- Implement proactive engagement strategies and run QBRs
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- B2B SaaS experience with proven expansion revenue and retention
- Experience managing and developing teams
- English fluency required; French or German preferred
