💼 About This Role

You'll build web applications and core backend services that connect with AI models like GPT, Claude, and Gemini. You'll own features end to end and shape how we build software at scale. This role combines solving real-world customer problems with pushing the boundaries of legal tech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of features from idea to release to maintenance.
• Partner with Product to shape solutions before they're built.
• Build across the stack - UI, APIs, backend services.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver on time.
• Review code thoughtfully and give feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years building and shipping software products from start to maintenance.
• Experience contributing to projects and designing scalable solutions.
• Comfortable working across the stack with Python, Typescript, React, Svelte, Kubernetes, AWS.
• Able to work with operations and customer-facing teams to turn messy realities into clean solutions.
