🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests
• Execute opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation
• Coach team on consultative selling and product education
• Train new hires and provide real-time coaching and feedback

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year of POS and cash handling experience
