You will leverage AI tools to map and source top tech executive talent globally, developing sourcing strategies for senior leadership positions at Coupang. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage high-potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for the e-commerce industry.

Requirements

• 8+ years recruitment or business experience, with 4+ years executive sourcing in a results-oriented environment
• Proven experience sourcing technology leaders within a technology or high-growth company
• Customer-oriented with strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
• Excellent communication skills; ability to sell Coupang proposition to executive-level candidates internationally
• Highly analytical with strong understanding of AI sourcing tools and complex Boolean searches

Responsibilities

• Partner with tech executive recruiters and hiring managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for future technology leaders
• Source and approach executive-level candidates independently, converting prospects into candidates for active roles
• Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce and tech industries, focusing on the APAC region
• Build strong relationships with tech executive recruiters and senior business stakeholders
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
