📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of payer operations, provider operations, or digital health.
• Proven ability to translate executive priorities into actionable innovation strategies.

• Advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
