Description

In this role, you will drive early-stage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound prospecting, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team. You'll partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent pipeline creation and conversion.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years sales development or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured sales motions
  • Coachable and motivated by measurable goals
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs
  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain clean CRM records for forecasting and pipeline visibility
