Description

As an Engineering Manager at Bitso, you'll build the Acquisition engineering function from scratch, splitting your time between writing production code and leading a high-performing team. You'll drive how Bitso acquires and activates crypto users across Latin America, working hands-on alongside your team while shaping people, processes, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, reaching Senior Engineer level before management
• 2+ years managing engineers, including performance reviews and career development
• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Framework
• Frontend experience with React or equivalent
• Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data stakeholders
