You will oversee kitchen operations, lead a team of associates and supervisors, and collaborate with chefs and cross-functional teams to optimize menu execution and ensure a great experience for eaters. This role involves managing financial reporting, inventory, and food safety compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Supervisor or Management experience in Food Manufacturing or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
  • Servsafe certification or willingness to complete upon hiring
  • Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, Drive, spreadsheets)
  • Conversational Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic operational leadership across Kitchen and Marketplace operations
  • Manage, coach, and motivate team of associates and supervisors
  • Lead growth and development of direct team including performance management
  • Maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting (forecasting, labor, food cost, revenue)
  • Partner with Supply Chain for accurate ordering of materials, supplies, and ingredients
