Description

You'll drive the US Health roadmap by building and productionizing data pipelines optimized for LLMs and multi-modal models, developing LLM-based solutions for claims handling, and experimenting with Agentic AI technologies. You'll also lead client workshops, present prototypes, and define roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in production-level object-oriented programming
• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model tuning
• Solid foundation in ML lifecycle: evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and deployment in production
• Experience designing data pipelines for document, OCR, and multi-modal data workflows
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and productionize data pipelines for structured data, free text, documents, and images optimized for LLMs and multi-modal models
• Design, develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (RAG, embeddings, instruction tuning) for claims handling and document understanding
• Experiment with Agentic AI technologies (Langchain/Langgraph, OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP, A2A) and develop MVPs for payment integrity solutions
• Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure agent decisions are unbiased, legally sound, and explainable
• Lead client workshops, present prototypes, gather feedback, and help define roadmap priorities
