💼 About This Role

You'll serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Your core impact is maintaining specimen integrity and ensuring quality results through adherence to procedures and compliance with legal regulations. This role works with PHI on a regular basis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify test requisitions by comparing with nursing station log.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique.
• Track collected specimens by initialing and dating collection times.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
