You'll support Twilio's Programmable Messaging product as the voice of Twilio to customers and partners. You'll troubleshoot deliverability issues and debug customer code via phone, email, and chat. This role offers the chance to work at a remote-first company with a strong culture of connection.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Work on messaging email cases for developers and major brands
  • Troubleshoot message deliverability issues and debug customer code
  • Guide customers via phone and chat in developing SMS applications
  • Collaborate with teammates via Slack and file Jira bug reports

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting REST API or enterprise software
  • Firm understanding of web ecosystem technology stacks
  • Functional knowledge of general-purpose programming languages

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure or knowledge of Twilio products
  • Coding experience in any language (reading and debugging)
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing system
