Description

You will drive hardware design and development for the Connected Warfare Division, working with cross-functional teams to deliver defense systems like the Eagle Eye headset. Manage program roadmaps, resolve technical challenges, and align with government stakeholders to bring cutting-edge technology to warfighters.

Requirements

• 12+ years managing complex hardware development programs
• 8+ years as TPM, PM, or engineer in tech or defense
• Strong technical background in systems engineering and networking
• Client-facing program management experience
• Ability to translate technical issues into business insights

Responsibilities

• Align program roadmaps and manage timelines across multiple products
• Serve as liaison between engineering, product, and external stakeholders
• Understand technical architecture and support engineering trade-offs
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and compliance risks
• Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and government agencies
