Description

You will own and evolve critical components of Alloy's predictive modeling ecosystem, designing and deploying machine learning models that directly impact fraud detection and risk decisioning. Your work will help clients get the most value from their data, improving policies and detecting fraud more effectively.

• Product-minded and business-oriented, understanding how modeling decisions impact customer and company outcomes
• Fluent in both technical and business communication
• Deep expertise in statistical and machine learning modeling
• Experience with production engineering and model deployment
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning models for fraud detection and risk decisioning
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle: problem framing, feature engineering, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and optimization
• Build production-ready code including feature pipelines, training workflows, evaluation frameworks, and observability tooling
• Partner with Engineering and ML Platform teams to ensure scalable, reliable model integration
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists and cross-functional teams
