You'll drive sales for SELECT by DoiT, an optimization platform that helps teams control Snowflake spend. Your core impact will be managing a diverse deal portfolio from high-velocity mid-market to strategic enterprise accounts. This role offers the chance to shape sales processes in a rapidly scaling environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
- Manage a diverse deal portfolio from mid-market to enterprise accounts.
- Partner with BDRs on territory plans and outbound strategies.
- Own end-to-end closing process including discovery and procurement.
π Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Fluency in English and one local language.
- Technical understanding of data warehouses and cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles alongside enterprise deals.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with FinOps or data engineering.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or data observability tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience.
