Description

You will provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients with stress, depression, or anxiety, using short-term evidence-based therapies like CBT or DBT, through both in-person and virtual sessions. You will work in a collaborative, client-centered environment and help expand access to affordable care.

Requirements

• Current license in New York (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD)
• Master's degree or higher from accredited program
• 1+ year post-license clinical experience
• 2+ years experience in CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE
• Own commercial office space or use Octave's Flatiron clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapies
• Deliver culturally responsive care to a diverse adult client base
• Build and manage caseload with both in-person and virtual clients
• Use feedback-informed care with standardized measures
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in a culture of feedback
