💼 About This Role

You'll be the first and last point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service in a specialty animal eye care practice. You'll collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient care and administrative operations. This is a launch position at a new location, offering a unique opportunity to help build a founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with best-in-class service
• Manage appointment scheduling and daily financial reconciliation
• Perform intake, discharge, and general administrative duties
• Answer multiple phone lines and maintain common areas

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
• Monday-Friday availability for 4 ten-hour shifts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working around all types of dogs and cats

• Veterinary experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
