You'll lead product compliance and quality strategies for a growing home furnishings brand, ensuring products meet global regulatory standards. You'll embed performance requirements early in the development lifecycle and manage third-party testing programs. This role offers the chance to scale systems across new product categories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define quality and performance standards for all product categories
• Lead end-to-end validation strategies from design to pre-production
• Own global product safety compliance and certification programs
• Manage third-party testing labs and factory quality assessments

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product integrity, compliance, or quality testing
• Proven track record owning and scaling product quality or compliance programs
• Deep understanding of materials, constructions, and testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with global suppliers and factory corrective actions
