• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Run weekly vendor payment runs via checks or EFT
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage company purchasing programs using RAMP

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with accounting software
• Experience with purchase order processes
