Description

You will architect and implement scalable backend systems for AI-powered recommendation services, building cloud-native solutions that deliver personalized experiences at scale. You'll own key engineering projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with data scientists and product managers to drive innovation in marketing technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficient in Python or Go
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design and Linux
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI Agents and agentic workflows for decision-making
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for large-scale personalization
• Design and operate cloud-native architectures using GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or ArgoCD
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers
