You will design, deliver, and refine training programs for the Care Experience team, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous learning. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align training with business goals and support scalable, engaging learning experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in behavioral health/healthcare client-facing role OR in Learning Development/training/enablement
  • Proven ability to design and deliver live and asynchronous training experiences
  • Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading virtual training sessions
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires on the Care Experience team
  • Design, implement, and refine asynchronous onboarding materials (e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases)
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure content reflects current best practices
  • Act as a Salesforce super user, providing training and support for teammates
