Description
You will design, deliver, and refine training programs for the Care Experience team, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous learning. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align training with business goals and support scalable, engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years in behavioral health/healthcare client-facing role OR in Learning Development/training/enablement
- Proven ability to design and deliver live and asynchronous training experiences
- Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading virtual training sessions
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires on the Care Experience team
- Design, implement, and refine asynchronous onboarding materials (e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases)
- Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
- Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure content reflects current best practices
- Act as a Salesforce super user, providing training and support for teammates
