💼 About This Role

You'll activate and configure EV charging stations for new and returning station owners at a leading EV charging network company. You'll coordinate with Sales, Operations, and partners to ensure timely activation. This role requires French language fluency and strong project management skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive inbound service requests post-sale
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and customers for station activation
• Oversee install, activation, and validation of new charging stations
• Maintain documentation of implementation process

• French fluency (verbal and written)
• Project management skills managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable
