You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Your core impact is helping patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions while serving as an educator and advocate. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders
• Provide skilled services for breathing, speaking and swallowing functions
• Serve as patient educator and member of interdisciplinary care team
• Partner with Case Manager to coordinate care plans

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Pass computer literacy assessment
