You'll lead bakery operations, developing your team while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. You'll master operational execution and talent development to step into full bakery ownership. This role is a pipeline to Bakery Operations Manager leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory rotation, scheduling, and administrative checklists
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Deliver coaching and real-time performance feedback to team members
• Manage bakery operations independently in absence of BOM

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
