Description

As a Senior Scrum Master at Anaplan, you will lead engineering teams as a dedicated agile coach, mentor a local Scrum Master chapter, and drive large-scale planning events. Your focus is on fostering high performance, continuous improvement, and cross-team alignment to maximize business value.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years dedicated experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Deep practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM equivalent preferred
• Proven experience facilitating multi-team planning events (PI Planning, Big Room Planning)
• Experience coaching/mentoring other Scrum Masters and people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams as dedicated Scrum Master, modeling agile practices and fostering accountability
• Empower teams to run their own ceremonies, ensuring meetings are productive and team-led
• Partner with Product Owners and tech leads on backlog management, prioritization, and goal setting
• Drive continuous improvement using data and metrics for predictability and efficiency
• Coach and mentor a Scrum Master Chapter and lead a Community of Practice
