You will negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage for clients, analyze client programs to uncover coverage gaps, and build relationships with underwriters to deliver high-value solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance placement or related role
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and craft competitive proposals
• Knowledge of P&C insurance markets

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance marketplace to develop marketing strategies for commercial placements
• Research client exposures and prepare submissions to marketplace
• Negotiate P&C insurance terms, conditions, and pricing with underwriters
• Create documentation comparing multiple insurance programs on coverage and pricing
• Build and manage relationships with carrier partners
