Description

You'll join the Performance Analytics team to build a next-generation platform for calculating and reporting investment performance metrics using modern OLAP and columnar technologies. You'll own the full development lifecycle—from requirements through deployment—and work with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and Cursor in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with a history of architecting new products
• Experience with Kotlin or similar programming languages
• Familiarity with OLAP or Columnar databases and query optimization
• Strong understanding of data modeling for analytical use cases
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP

Responsibilities

• Contribute design and technical expertise in a cross-functional team
• Participate in the full software development process from requirements through implementation
• Impact the tech stack based on AWS back-end services
• Build developer automation for scalable, high-quality applications
• Think creatively, own problems, and communicate clearly
